MEET THE TEAM
Erin Kline is unique in her field. All of her mortgage loan business comes from referrals from delighted customers, colleagues, peers, friends, and family. Yes! 100% of her very active business is referral based, undoubtedly because she and her team members are 100% invested in doing the right thing for each customer—and doing it well.
Because Erin started as a receptionist and worked her way up from the ground level, she knows the industry inside and out. She learned how to prepare files for underwriters as a processor. Understanding the entire process, she knows how to get loans approved by underwriting. With her wealth of knowledge, she helps customers bring their property ownership dreams to life.

Loan Officer Assistant
Loyal. Outdoorsy. Thoughtful.
With over 24 years in mortgage banking, Tammy is the newest addition to Erin Kline’s team, serving as Loan Officer Assistant. She started her career as an opener, then a mortgage loan processor, and is delighted to be part of Erin Kline’s team because they have “customer service unlike any other.” Tammy fits well into this team because she loves to treat people well, and she often receives compliments for being caring and kind. At work, Tammy likes knowing that they are helping clients achieve the American dream—every day. And as a big fan of Erin’s, Tammy says, “Erin is knowledgeable, provides high quality service and commitment to her clients, maintains high energy, and is very, very kind.” Tammy and Matt have been married 23 years and have one daughter and a Springer Spaniel, Riley. Living in the Northwoods community of Voyager Village in Danbury, Wisconsin, they enjoy the quiet of the woods and a daily dose of wildlife: birds, squirrels, deer, and eagles. She has even spotted albino deer in the wilderness by their home. Tammy loves camping and fishing, but she won’t eat the fish! Other hobbies? Tammy loves to cook, bake, and make homemade caramel. She also enjoys crafting with her best friend of 40 years. Some of their recent projects are making gnomes, trees, Furry Highlander cow shelf sitters, and snowmen out of pallets. If you’re in the area, you might spot these at a local craft show. And what’s on Tammy’ bucket list? She would like to go on a hot air balloon ride or skydiving—but just once! She would also like to visit Las Vegas to see the lights and shows.
